GROVER LEE TAYLOR

GROVER LEE TAYLOR, age 66, of Camden, New Jersey passed from this earth and entered into his heavenly home, safe in the arms of our Lord and Savior on Monday, September 9, 2013 at 3:58 p.m. at Our Lady of Lord hospital in Camden, New Jersey.

Grover was born to Willie and Marie Armstrong on April 27, 1947 in New Church, Virginia. Grover moved to New Jersey at an early age where he remained until his death. He married his sweetheart Veronica and 2 children where born, Theresa and Grover, Jr. He was a caring person and had a kind heart but he also had a sharp tongue which had no boundaries. Grover lived life to the fullest but he always made time for his children, grandchildren and great grands.

We loved Grover but God loved him best. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers, Curtis Taylor, Theordore Lewis and Leroy Taylor.

He is survived by six sisters, Gloria Taylor of Sicklerville, NJ, Ethel (Cornelius) Thornton of Pocomoke City, MD, Mildred Chisum of Keller, VA, Lela Taylor of New Church, VA, Sadie (Vernon) Fisher also of New Church, VA, Doris Schoolfield of Pocomoke City, MD, four brothers, John Taylor of Pensauken, NJ, Sidney Taylor and Michael (Joyce) of New Church, VA, William (Rosemary) Taylor of Pocomoke City, MD, five grandchildren, Saprina, Latoya Taylor, of Camden, NJ, Denise James of Philadelphia, PA, Richard and Lewis Taylor both of Camden, NJ, one great grandson, and one great granddaughter, Bra’siyah and four friends who held a special place in his heart Pat, Lynn, Kendra and Cameron all of Camden, NJ, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
