LOUIS SAMPLE
Louis “Tom Dooley” Sample, son of the late Elizabeth and Louis Jubilee was born February 27, 1961 in Accomac, VA. He departed this life on Monday, February 23, 2021 at Riverside in Onancock, VA. He attended Mary N. Smith High School and his last employment was Perdue Farms in Accomac, VA. Louis was affectionately called Tom Dooley by his family and friends. He loved to talk and was straight forward in his dealings with people in which he encountered so you did not have to guess what he was thinking.
Left to cherish his memories are seven children, Mikhayla, Ciara, Malika, Vondrell, Tirrell, Marus and Jayden; six sisters, Barbara Sample, Catherine Sample of Salisbury, MD, Mary Sample of Asbury, NJ, Linda Hall, Brenda Sample and Penny Jubilee all of Accomac, VA; four brothers, Steve, Randy, Ronnie (Keshia) Jubilee and David (Tihisia) Jubilee of Ashbury, NJ and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and close friends Big Al, Harry Bagwell, Ricky Riley, Carol Mills, Karen Mapp and special friend Else Accoo.
