PEGGY ANN BOGGS
Peggy Ann Boggs departed this life on April 3, 2020 at Riverside Rehabilitation Health Center in Parksley, VA. She was born on February 2, 1942 to the late Herman West, Sr and Cecel West in Seaford, DE.
She attended the public schools in Accomack County Virginia.
She leaves to mourn her passing, two brothers: Herman Jr. and Wayne West; and one sister: Deborah West, and other relatives and friends.
