SCOTT TEAGUE, JR.

Scott Teague, Jr. was born on June 17, 1951 in Anniston, Alabama to the late Scott Teague Sr. and Margaret Lee Teague. He went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday January 14, 2020.

Scott, affectionately known as Tubby, was educated by the public school system of Anniston, Alabama. He was employed by several companies over the years and also worked for Paul Jones Lumber Company in Snow Hill, Md. until his health began to decline.

He enjoyed deer hunting, fishing and watching western movies. He also loved the outdoors and spending time with his family and friends.

Other than his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Dennis Teague and grandson Kyree Ayres.

He is survived by four children: Herman Belvin of Casper, Wyoming, April Sturgis (Arthur) of Exmore, VA, Shykeiford Ayres “AKA BeBo” (Janet) of Onley, VA, and Shykeva Ayres “AKA Keva” (Warner Sr.) of Parksley, VA; four grandchildren: Ethan, Adrian, Adriannah and Kani; special granddaughter, Zymira (Zee); five brothers: Calvin (Sheila) Lee of Anniston, AL, Julius (Phyllis) Teague of Oxford, AL, Johnny Ray (Terri) Teague, of Anniston, AL, Kevin W. Teague of Alexandria, AL, and Nathaniel Teague of Andrew, NC; three sisters: Ann Teague of Huntsville, AL, Theresa Teague of Choccolocco, AL and Charlotte Teague of Pasagoula, MS; a very special and dear aunt, Demress Teague of Jacksonville, AL; A very devoted friend: Marcia Ayres of Onley, VA; special friends: Fred and Effie Snead of Onley, VA and a host of other relatives, family and friends. We loved you but God loved you best.
