RACHEL MARSHALL
On the morning of May 7, 2017, Rachel Georgia Marshall departed this life at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, Maryland. Preceding Rachel in death is James Vangieson (significate other) and some brothers and sisters. Rachel was the daughter of the late Frank and Hattie Marshall and was born in Stockton, Maryland on November 8, 1936. She attended the public schools of Worcester County and graduated from Worcester High School. At an early age, Rachel joined Mount Hope Baptist Church in Stockton, Maryland. Rachel was an employee at Shoreland Freezer Company in Fruitland MD. She also was employed in the area of domestics which involved her gardening, growing vegetables, flowers and a large variety of plants. Rachel leaves to cherish her loving memories: Brother Paul and wife Dr. Elaine Marshall, Crownsville, MD; sisters Shirley Marshall, Cumberland, MD; sister Rebecca and husband Jean St. Val, Eden, MD; Special niece (like a daughter) Danielle Custis Smith, Pocomoke MD; Special nephew (like a son) McDaniel “Danny” Custis, Washington, DC; many other nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and love ones.
